14. Dispute Resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within 30 days of receiving your notice. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
